Deposit is $200 per person, check made payable to

Charles Snyder
1707 Limekiln Road
Hollister, CA 95023

Balance of $200 per person due when you arrive at the ranch.
Cabin will sleep all 8 hunters. All you need to bring is food, ice and drinks. And your sleeping bag & pillow. Talk it up with the other guys that are coming. They usually plan some kind of bar-b-q in the evenings and everyone is on their own for breakfast and lunch. BYOB

Gyopo, you in or out?

Edit Mode: The balance due when you get to the ranch is $200, I inadvertently put $250 earlier. Regular price is normally $450.

This hunt also has the $500 pig/turkey combo option. That is, if you want to hunt both species, the price is $500. That's 2 pigs and a turkey, one helluva price.
Turkey season opens on the 26th.

Franklin-

Will you settle for Queen and King sized beds?

Nothing needed but your food and drink.

As for sleeping arrangements: There is a large king bed in one room (1 person unless you like to snuggle). Another room has a double or queen, can't remember which. The third room has two single beds. There are usualy two on the couches as well as they are large and comfy. There are also a few matresses that people plop down either inside or outside depending on what they want. Bringing a cot won't hurt but you won't need to bring it. Absolute worst case is flopping down a single matress on the living room floor or outside. All depends on how many snorers you have in the place or if you have had enough tequila not to hear them. Not that I am speaking from personal experience on the tequila aspect

I gotta give my spot up fellas!

They moved up the closing date on my home, and I will be moving from the OC to Diego. So sorry, I would have loved to go.

King and queen size beds?
Is it age before beauty?
First come first served?

I guess my idea of a cabin is a little outdated.

I suppose now you'll tell me it has running water and electricity?

How about a kitchen?

I happen to prepare one of the finer steak meals you'll ever eat!
I'm thinking Something like Pan seared filets finished off in 500 Degree oven.
in my famous brandy sauce coupled up with baked spuds and asparagus spears.
Sorry but I don't do dessert except for finest flan in the galaxy.

Muchas Margaritas por favor.

Generator for electricity. Full kitchen and oven. Running water with hot showers. Sort of a first come first served model for the beds and sleeping arrangements.

I have never been here before so I have to ask what the house rules are as far as check in check out times, and is there a orientation meeting to explain all this? Would it be helpful if we brought a jeep. Is there an address to the ranch so I know where I'm going? I would rather know everything I can before I show up rather than figure it out later. I have never been on a guided hunt or semi guided hunt for that matter so I don't know what to expect.
Typically when I hunt a new area I like to spend the first evening scouting. I would already have spent hours over topo maps so I know what the contours are and where the water and boundaries are. Right now I am "blind" so to speak.

Failing to plan is planning to fail! (I don't know who said that)

Okay I am a little lost...are there any open spots left for a combo hunt? And what is the level of guide involvement? I am new to pig hunting and would need a little help.

I can send a deposit today so please let me know...this sounds too fun to pass up!

Thanks,

Zimm

Hey Chopper, I know you have been juggling some folks on the hunts back and forth on requests so I don't really know the numbers right now. If there is a spot on the March hunt I would like to switch from April. Something came up and the March date is better for me. I would still make April though if I can't switch, but I would like too if possible. Thanks.
