But of course, I will also be cooking up some checharones also...since my sister torpedoed my Sunday, I am not sure If I will have time to cook Carnitas. I can alwasy save it for May...then again, I will have my two hogs by thursday night and I will have all day friday to cook...yeah, that's the ticket.

Not quite sure yet. I can't get Thursday off work to arrive on Wednesday night (as of now). I was hoping to bust out of the office at noon on Thursday and make it to Choppers at 2pm or so. Obviously that depends on working out an "odd time" arrival with Chopper. How about you?

Those turkeys look too easy in that pic

I'd rather get way out there somewhere and set up my blind and see if I can call them and make them run from your house all the way to the back side of the hill.
Then try and chop off their head with a guillotine, and carry them all the way back!
