It looks like it is shaping up to be a great hunt. Talked to a couple of deer hunters who were at the opener and they both seen two groups of hogs.

I think that is the closest it's going to get to the central area, I need to do some research on this place and talk to some buddys and see what they think.

Hey Rancho, just because you don't have any wild pigs there in Montana is now reason to make fun of us California Public Land hunters. Keep that up and you may just end up Banned for JHO

Just got back from the Hedgpeth ranch... tons of hogs sighted (none killed), but that big moon has them feeding at night and middle of the day.

That little bit of rain has them rooting pretty hard.

But, I'm gonna side with Rancho on this one... my money is on the pigs.
