COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) will hold a building dedication and ribbon cutting of its new Central Regional Office and Conservation Research Center at 1 p.m. on July 13. The building is being dedicated to E. Sydney Stephens, a conservation pioneer with deep roots in Columbia and Missouri. The public is invited to attend the event and tour the facility.
