Thanks, Bighog... I like seeing those pix.

It's been way too long since I've been hog hunting, and the fever is eating me up! There might be an opportunity on a hog this weekend, but it's a lot to hope for. Still...at least I'll be hunting.

How about 18 holes at Cinnebar Hill GC and a nice fat hog to finish the day?

Yep daddy63, still in same place, near the spillway. They really enjoy that area. I guess the vegitation is still moist there. Today the group was split, half by the spillway and the other half closer to the entrance to the horse stables, almost directly accross the street from Cinnabar Golf Course. Maybe Metdawg44 is partly right, they were getting ready to sneek in a quick 18 holes before it got too hot. KABOOOOOOM.....Four!!!!

Cabowhntr, No need to go to FHL to see hogs. These are 10 minutes out of San Jose, CA near Calero reservior. If you want to shoot one though, you better stick with FHL. Calero reservior is a County park with round the clock security. Hypothetically speaking, If myself or beastslayer accidently were to wonder in and coincidentally we had our rifles.....Nah!!.....the Judge would never buy it!!!

Speck, A good cure for hog fever is two aspirin and putting a hole in a blacktail. Good luck this weekend.

buckhunter, Your very welcome and thank you for taking the time to post a reply.

Roman Archer....Boar stew!!! what can I say buddy, I'm....your comrade...your brother in arms...it was all you, with me at your side ....on the front line in the war for stickers...all the way to the bitter end..... and we prevailed....triumphantly. All you have to do is mention food and you know I'll be at your side in an instance, ready to take up your spoon after you have fallen.

Thanks all of you....

Keep up the pics bighog, they never get old... Last time out there the kids and I spotted 3 bucks in the same area those hogs like to feast. Pretty darn tempting for sure.

Thanks
