keeper trout streams?

Anyone know of any trout streams in the Angeles/Las Padres forests that allow keepers? I wanted to try Piru creek but found out it's barbless/catch-release only. Bouquet canyon is too small to fish for my liking, and Tujunga is dry.

Piru creek is stocked below the bridge with DFG planters.  You can keep them.  There are lots of other places - call the DFG trout plant line.  It's too hot now, though.
