Oso Reservoir, a catch-and-release bass fishery, plans to launch a Kids Fish Free program in April. Members of the Oso Sportsman's Organization will be taking groups of kids out on the lake and teaching them the basics of bass fishing. Call (949) 858-9313 for details.
