GRANTS, N.M. — A Crawford man pleaded guilty Monday to illegally transporting wild elk and receiving stolen bighorn sheep heads, the Colorado Division of Wildlife reported.
Kirt Darner, 69, was indicted by a New Mexico grand jury in 2006 on 41 felony and misdemeanor counts, including receiving stolen property, transportation of stolen livestock and tampering with evidence.
