Got mine a couple of months ago. This a great deal, especially for me since I have family living very near the hunting grounds.

For those that deer hunt there and apply for the draw you can use that app to hunt any elk during any deer season outside of the Elk Restoration Zone. Basically that means any elk that wonders out of the counties they want the elk in is legal game for any deer hunter. This way they are trying to control where they are spreading out of.
