Just got a call from my cousin in KY and he drew a Cow-At-Large elk tag for this falls hunt in KY. He's going to do archery. The At Large means he gets to hunt anywhere in the Elk Restoration Zone. Not sure myself of the season but he says for archery it's about two months. He's got lots of contacts so this should be a dead elk come October.
