I am out of South Louisiana. I am in the Industrial Service business that services Copper Smelters. We have not been to Angostura since 1995. We use to have our Bay boats brought out when we would work at the various smelters. We really enjoyed the trip down from Douglas.
We are thinking of maybe trying to put another trip in the works. Does anyone know how the Lake is doing and if it is worth our time.
We had heard the Lake was down and alot of net fishing had trashed the lake. We fished the Lake from the 1991 till 1995 2 or 3 times a year. The fishing started out real good but tailed off in 95.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
