Lake Siskiyou

I'll be heading up with my boys to Lake Siskiyou this week and was wondering if anyone had been there recently. What is the favored color of Powerbait? Is trolling more productive than stillfishing? Should I be trying for those dreaded carp :wink-yellow:

Don't know about the color of Powerbait, but like with most lakes trolling the deep area does produce the catches during the day when the trout are deep. Try the two arms of the lake on the east and south section. There are stumpy areas on the west side where' there's bass.
