I will be up there this week, stay tuned! Brushape hiking the hills and trails of lake Sonoma definitely will get u and keep u in shape that's for sure, that's where my long distance cycling pays off to hunt lake Sonoma.
ORElKBow White Mamba is a great guy for sure, I have had the privilege to hunt with him before at l.s..this is the view from where he hangs out

Tra..... Where in NorCal are you from I'm in Fremont maybe ill see you in Sonoma one of these hunts especially since your scouting some of the areas I hunt. In my party we have seen 3 hogs this season and heard a handful more. Good luck
I've been up here since about 2. Haven't seen or heard anything. I'm hunting the Skaggs Springs side just west of the look out. Lots of water running off hillsides making it a little hard to hear
That's all good they won't hear u or smell u with the rain, good luck bro! It's like slip and slide on the liberty glen side when it rains on those trials. La la la la la la, can't wait till the morning!....tra

Thanks for the update. I'm on my way down now but first gota make my way thru the Siskiyou Pass. I heard its been a mess lately but the weather seems to look good today for the pass. Then on my way to the IN-LAWS, dropping off the Fam, do a little striper fishing at San Luis Res and will make my way to LS. I'm stoked. I just want to see how the lake looks like without fog. Back in 08' when I was there, the fog was so thick on both my hunting days that I dont even know how the lake really looks like, or how the lay of the land is. But all in all, LS I am back and Piggies....please be nice to me this time....I've got a warm place for you.....
Just got back. Yesterday we spotted one before dark and so didnt have enough time to get to it. This morning we spotted four on the other side of the lake but didnt have a boat to get to them. Man these pigs just know how get a man to pull out his hairs dont they, not that I have any to pull out in the first place. Anyhow, it was a good trip hiking those killer hills. Seems like the deer population exploded compare to a few years ago though. Well good luck to all who are still out there and maybe I'll be back in the spring.
