Anybody make It up there for the opener ? I'm hoping to go sometime next week for a day hunt.

Yes, and It was cold! We got busted by a small group on Friday. Saturday I went back and hit one but It got away. A lot of boat In campers on the Yorty side

I was there for 6 days and saw pigs most days. I passed up a 50 yard shot because I thought I was going to get closer. It only got farther.
I hit one Sunday afternoon and lost it.
They were out in the afternoons.
It was hella cold!

I was there Friday through Sunday, and did not see any pigs or fresh sign. Must've been hunting the wrong areas.

Hi, new here. I took a 57yrd shot at one about three weeks ago it was across from Loggers campground right above Thumb Creek campground. It was a really steep shot and the arrow zipped right over his back by an inch. Man it was exciting but I was bummed I missed cause it was a really big boar. Going back in a few weeks. Hope I get one then.

Went up yesterday for the day. Weather was perfect, saw little fresh sign though. Followed some fresh tracks for a bit but lead to nothing.
