Lake Sonoma?

I know I read a post about rangerjoel not heading up the hunts there any longer. I know it's a little early, and maybe I missed something, but does anyone know what if anything will happen for 2009/2010 hunts at the lake?

I was there on Memorial Day Weekend and from what I was told, they haven't found a replacement for Ranger Joel, but who knows for now. For all the shot gun hunters looking forward to next's year hunt, I was told that there might be some type of lottery system due to high number of hunters interested in this hunt or they might not allow it for this year. I was assured that the bow hunting will continue regardless, so keep your fingers cross and keep practicing those shots.

Not to take anything away from the shotgunners, but I do hope it stays AO.

I don't really care if it's AO or not as long as the place still open for hunts. We all know that finding a good hunting place in public land is tuff...
