Now, let's rally against the CBD. Talk about misrepresentation of FACTS.

"The National Rifle Association filed legal motions today to block the Environmental Protection Agency from protecting wildlife and people from toxic lead hunting ammunition left in the wild. Lead fragments needlessly poison and kill millions of birds each year, including bald eagles, swans and endangered California condors."

1) The CBD has never acted to protect people from "toxic lead hunting ammunition" ?
2) Data collected by biologists empirically shows that lead poisoning of condors continues despite the outright ban of lead ammunition.
3) The CBD has been caught manipulating survey data to further their own agenda.
4) The CBD violated the RICO act by misrepresenting its true intent; which is to systemically eliminate all outdoor recreation outside of their predetermined biological sphere.
5) The CBD is using hunter compliance with DFG regulations as proof that hunters support the CBD's agenda.
6) The CBD continues to force promulgation of legislation restricting recreational activities in federal departments which have no legal oversight of said activities.

This lawsuit easily could bankrupt HSUS, put it out of business and send some of its top executives to prison!!! I like the sound of that!!! WOO!!! Hope to god it happens!

CLARIFICATION: This column has been updated to clarify the fact that the federal court ruling referenced above in an action involving the Humane Society of the United States alleging racketeering, obstruction of justice, abuse of process and other claims, pertained to a civil action brought by Feld Entertainment Inc. against the Humane Society, not a criminal prosecution. A motion by the Humane Society to dismiss the claims was denied in part and granted in part.
