I was there this last weekend, retrieved the game cam and had this guy on it. He looks gnarly!
I hunted where I saw lots of fresh sign for naught. Still, a nice weekend.

Have a size 10 boots to compare. i fallowed his tracks for miles to his bedding area and never come out till very late night .

Where is the nearest mudhole/waterhole off in the direction his butt points towards in relation to where and how that camera is mounted? Looks like he half-submerged into something, no?

Anyhoo... he's a big boy, so I'd figure his size would be the tattle-tale in my mind. It'd take someplace big and thick to hide that big ol' body. And that big ol' body would probably have a higher than usual water demand... right? So he's gonna need someplace with "Secure" (and obscured?) access to water, no? No doubt you'd be looking around, with those thoughts in your head... when you'd then happen upon his heavy tracks somewhere that matches those needs, no?

This is just the ramblings of a thinking man... NOT a seasoned Pig hunter.

Thanks, the map in my head is now clear. You guys got yourselves a jewel up there. I think that hog would haunt my dreams until I got that on the wall. Lots of mud on him.....gotta be a good sized wallow around.

There's mud holes all over the place for this guy to roll in. All the pigs have mud on them right now.

Id swear I saw that guy on Sunday, near rockpile at first light, was hiking in, and another hunter above me closer to the road spooked him. The one I saw was at least 200, probably 250. He was hauling down hill at a dead run and hit the bushes and was gone.
