Well, they thinned out the retirees, and last year went with no military tags at all. Looks like that is the “new normal”. Dumb.
Fort Hunter Liggett is not issuing tags for FHL 2021-22 deer and elk hunts. All FHL 2021-22 deer and elk tags will be issued by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (Hunting Licenses and Tags).
