Looking for FHL TA boundary map. Hey Map

There used to be a very help gentleman that had the name Map. He had a FHL KLM file for google earth with all the TA mapped out individually. Does anyone know how to get ahold of him or that klm file. I had it on my last comp and now am without it. It is kinda nice to have to load into my GPS. Any help is appreciated.
