Looking for landowner to establish long term relationship;
I am looking for land where i can camp, hunt backpack, just be outside with family and close friends. I was looking at Wilderness Unlimites which has 100 ranches; im just looking for one ranch to be able to have a place to go that isnt overcrowded with idiots. Im happy to pay for the land use hopefully annual arrangement

I am a high school teacher that once lived on the central coast but had to move to LA for work. I have been backpacking, camping, hunting and fishing the area since the 1990s. I love the area and would be a good steward of your land.<o></o>
I am an outdoorsman and love nothing more than being outside in nature, I respect it and will leave no trash on your property.<o></o>
I usually hunt/fish in small groups (3 or 4) guys that are mostly teachers or with my wife and 2 year old boy.<o></o>
Looking for: deer, pig, quail, rabbit, squirrels, coyotes, bear, trout, and bass.<o></o>
Happy to submit to background check, live-scan, and criminal background check.<o></o>
