To Hook and Bishop,
Thanks for the warm welcome to the JHP. I have applied for the June Tejon hunt on the South side. And after reading all of the personal accounts of the previous hunts, I am really looking forward to a great time. My jeep has the winch mounted and I have plenty of rope for any hellholes the may pose a problem. I am also looking forward to meeting all of you guys on future JHP hunts.
Hey gr8twythunter, I tried your link and it went to the webshots home page so I could not see your pix I don't know if I did it wrong or not I had the same problem when I posted mine and good ol speckmisser fixed it for me.
That worked!! great pictures you got a bruiser it looks like he was the boss hog of his herd. And how did Sandy ever coax that pig to roll over like that one hell of a trick. LOL
She's just got a way with critters. I pretty much did the same thing as that ol' hog after our first date. That big ol' grin is because we got out of that @&#$? hellhole. Thanks again rusman66! Scott
Man...that must be where the voices are coming from. :tinfoil hat: I just wish they'd slow down on the landings and take-offs....they're starting to wear a runway down the middle of my noggin'.
rusman-I just about joined that hog a few times in my younger and not so wise days:smacking-head-mallet: Scott
Good job Scott. Nice boar, and nice hat too. You and Sandy opened and closed that party. Sandy took the first hog in camp, and Scott took the last hog. I spoke with Don Gievet, and he said it was after midnight on Sunday when you hit the scales. He seemed to be genuinely happy for you, and was glad that everyone had a good time.
