Md. hunters take nearly 94,000 deer

ANNAPOLIS (AP) - Hunters in Maryland bagged nearly 94,000 deer this season, a 7.6 percent rise over last season, state wildlife officials announced Wednesday.
The harvest includes about 59,000 antlerless deer, a new record and 9.5 percent increase over last year, Department of Natural Resources Wildlife and Heritage Service officials said.
