CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation's (MDC) Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center welcomes 12 to 15 year olds to try out their survival skills on Saturday, March 22, from 1 to 3 p.m.
“We aim to develop our youth into individuals who will be confident in the outdoors,” said Nature Center Manager Sara Turner. “This event will help teens gain confidence and try out skills that will assist them on future outdoor excursions if they would get lost or hurt.”
