WEST PLAINS, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) announces an Effective Wing Shooting Clinic from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 19, at the MDC's West Plains Regional Office at 551 Joe Jones Boulevard.
Larry Lindeman, an MDC outdoor skills specialist, said the clinic is designed for experienced shotgun shooters and is not appropriate for beginners.
