Kansas City, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) will offer a free workshop on white-tail deer management from 12:30 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, on the University of Central Missouri campus in Warrensburg. The workshop is open to anyone interested in deer management, but it will be especially helpful to property owners or managers interested in improving habitat and understanding trends in the state’s white-tail deer population.
