KIRKSVILLE, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) welcomes Brice Kelso as the newest resource forester covering Macon and Randolph counties. As a resource forester, Kelso will work with landowners to help them assess and meet their forestry needs.
MDC resource foresters serve Missouri landowners to help them actively manage their woods. This includes helping to implement conservation-minded practices such as timber stand improvement, prescribed burning, and timber sales to benefit overall forest health and wildlife habitat.
