My GF and I decided to head out and see if we could get on a shed or two. Hiked all day, and found nothing. But had a GREAT time. Memories that will never be forgotten!
Thanks guys,
Yes a day in the field is definetly MUCH better then a day in the city. Belchfire, thank you, she is a keeper! Any women that enjoys going out in the woods, hiking all day and not finding anything to show for it, yet still had a GREAT time is a keeper in my book!

Keep at it Nick, you'll get on them yet.
Can't wait till the next couple of months when they start dropping. Finding one shed is cool finding a set is even better, for the first time I found three sets in 08'. I have got to post some pics.
As for a women that enjoys the field as much as a we do, hang on to her. My wife goes every where with me, just can not get her to actually get her license. It's the taking of the animal that she does not like that much, but she will cook & eat whatever I harvest. Good times.
Get back out there in March and look for some fresh sheds. Nothin beats a day spent in the great outdoors with family, friends or that special someone.
Nick,
If you have a chance, shot me a e-mail again if you still have my address.
User error I ended up deleted you e-mail and lost you address. Thanks.
It's not always about finding sheds, quality time and making memories. And yes Nick, any woman spending all day with you like that sheds or not is definately a keeper!!
It's early with most the buck still carrying.Take her back out when they start to drop and you'll have her asking you to take her along.
