You sure got some ugly pigs where you hunt I hope he tastes ok, I shot a bore tuesday evening, had it cleaned out five minuets after death hanging and skinned 45 minuets later and it was tuff the chops I needed hatchet to cut I will grind the rest.What do you do with the bore meat ?

I think you are right, I didn't see any weapons in the pictures. Piggy's don't stand a chance with Hatchet. As soon as they wind him, they take 2 steps and die. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it goes a little like this..., ive been after this hog for a few months now,land owner
had seen him here and there and i had an encounter with him a few weeks back
but was not able to send the projectile...went up to some vineyard property wed.
evening ,not a hog was stirring... got fogged out in the morning and had 1 evening left{man tursday evening,my favorite}had this boar patterend from afew weeks ago and decieded to set up in ther same ambush site.. well, after watching monster gobblers go to roost[SEE YOU IN 2 WEEKS YOU BASTARDS!!!} i get up to take
a leak,and who is there rubber necking me from a far..none other than old {ballbuster} he does not know who i am and i take a knee,rifle out of reach..
he has a choice to turn around and head back into the manzanita..or continue on
his path down the fence line.. he puts his head down and starts bird dogging down
the fenceline...game on!!! i belly crawl thru the grass to reach {the phantom,my
old trusty .270} i get to her and silently chamber a round.. this hog is on a
collision course with me as i am on the fence line huttled up next to a post...
i let him come...and come... and come... he gets 10 paces from me and halts!!!
i smell the strong scent of boar juice!! hes mad dogging me... im mad dogging him...
having no confidence at all with copper projectiles.. i center the crosshairs of the
phantom {which has already been deployed by the harris bi-pod} on his big melon..
he turns his head to the right to try and catch some movement..and it was at this
time i decieded to engage this trophy for the last time.. at the report of the model70,the big boar hit the dirt hard, kicking up mud and debris all over me..
close encounter fo shizzle...it was at this point i realized that he would be named {ballbuster} as i was a loooooong way from the quad.. it would be photo time and
chop shop time for the next couple of hours.. also i forgot the most important thing in my pack... shat paper..to clean up after my close encounter!!! enjoy gents ,
