More of the cute piglet plus his ugly uncle

Got up to the ranch this morning early - brrr! 26 degrees at 6 am.

Pulled the game cam and sure enough had another video of the cute little piglet I've been seeing for two months (link below). Maybe someday he'll look like the brute in the second video??

Lots of critters moving, perhaps to keep warm? Saw a bobcat, a bunch of turkeys (none close enough to shoot....), lots of deer, ducks everywere, and sure enough one big black boar who was rooting around under an oak tree at around 8:30. It was a longish shot (175 yards) but perfect broadside - I'm sure I hit him pretty good but he took off running and dove into the thick and nasty brush and disappeared. Oh well... next time...

That's one nice saddle you got the cam set up on. I'd venture to say some hogs are getting bigger feeding on the large snack you left them.
