[FONT=&quot]Hey Jesse how’s it going. Finley got moved to Arkansas. Most of the old guys here on the site know that i only hunt hogs and haven’t hunted deer in 25 years or so, well that’s about to change. While i will still be chasing hogs in Oklahoma, i live about 5 min from the border, and private land in Arkansas, I say private because the AFG thought it would be a good idea to stop all hog hunting on public land in hopes to control the population, don’t ask i cant for the life of me begin to understand the thought process behind it.

On the other hand a hunting Lic cost 25$ and comes with 6 deer tags (4 does and 2 bucks or all 6 does) and 2 turkey tags. Season runs from Sep 27 to Feb 28 so while i will still be chasing porkers i will defiantly be throwing some arrows at some whitetail. As i get lucky and take something down ill stop by and show it off. Good luck all and stay out of the heat.[/FONT]

Great to hear from u my friend, unbelievable what u get to hunt for $25., Whitetail venison meat is so tasty, luck u!
I guess AFG wants to increase the population of hogs on public land to hunt but isn't Arkansas loaded with Hogzillas anyway, that's like a mega hog state, like u said go figure.
