Were you able to recover any bullets?

One of the three: the last one shot at 30 feet. All of the others blew on through. Mushroomed perfectly.

Patience,dedication and determination (PDD) will always have it's rewards while hunting with a life hunting partner. Congrats Allen and Mr. Steve on that nice boar. Good shooting out at 200 plus yards, it can be done with a muzzleloader or any weapon.

Congratulations guys. That hog sure was a monster. I met both of you at the base Rod and Gun Club the evening you were skinning it out. You helped another hunter in my group from Pendleton with his pig that evening also. By the way, I got my pig the next day in Area 3. Gotta love Vandenberg........
