My 05 Elk

This is a picture of my 05 elk taken in NE Oregon. We called the bull into 14 yards. I was lucky enough to get a good shot, and he only went about 60 yards before piling-up. I have taken branch antlered bulls and a cow before, but this elk is great table fair.

I bet the sucker taste good There is something to be said about shooting a spike or a fork and its is usually said when your eating it. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Nice pick too.

Great calling. I've only hunted elk twice here in AZ, but have not yet gotten one. Thtis year I am just praying for a cow elk for the table.
