Need some private property advise

I would like to fly my Uncle out from Wisconsin and show him a fun pig hunt in California. Unfortunately his walking is pretty limited, maybe a half mile or so. Can any of you guys suggest a good quality hunt on private property? I am not too sure what my budget is, but i think anythig over $1000.00 is a little too steep. I do most of my pig hunting public, where it is too steep and rugged for him. Also I have yet to get a pig on public lands! I am looking for good service, large accrage, no dogs style of hunting and of corse, high succsess! Thank you for any information.

I have yet to try Deedy's place, but here good stuff about her and the hunt. I've used Tom Willoughby a few times and have always come home with a hog, usually within a few hours no less.

Rifle hunt. Those two places look great! i will keep on researchin around, I should have mentioned my location as well. I live near Sacramento and was thinking of somewhere closer, perhaps King City? Thank you guys for your suggestions.
