Need some processing advice for this shot...

Just curious what you guys would do with the snow capped mountains....it seems the snowy area is a bit washed out and fuzzy. I want to sharpen it a bit and darken the highlights, but I'm not getting it "just right." Anyone got any tips? I'm using Photoshop Elements 5.

Thanks S&P...here's what I've come up with so far with the editing...

I like what you've done so far. Other than the border what adustments did you make?

I sharpened the mountaintops and ridges with the snow, used a gradient filter on the entire shot and adjusted the brightness/contrast, adjusted the color slightly and then cropped it....

I think I'll fool around with the sharpening a little more and maybe adjust the yellow hues a tad and see how it looks.
