He draws pigs from our property to his. Sure he can do it but it is annoying. I make sure to stop there first, if the pigs are there they will run back into our property. As I rode up to the feeder on my ATV they saw me and ran back into our property. I got off and walked through a wooded area with a creek and saw them stopped in the field about 50 yards away where I took the shot and dropped this one.

If the roles were reversed wouldn't you do what you could to draw the pigs to you're property. ?
seems to be working out for you anyways and you ended up with a pork 50/50 bar good looking pig

No, I would not put a feeder on a fence line, just bad etiquette. I would at least put some space between properties. This guy also put up a giant "Guard tower" that is ridiculous in this area. But, the feeder will work out great for me. Like "Just Guy" said, expensive well stocked feeder at no cost to me. I was impressed with the color of this hog, is was unreal to look at.

Very easy solution learned from a friend in Oklahoma. Toss a few bars of Irish Spring right along the fence and no pigs (or deer) will go anywhere near his feeder.

I was stalking some pigs out in a field, now I am out in the middle of nowhere-no roads-no people-etc. I wear my impact ear muffs and I start to hear some sort of mechanical noise. I think the ear muffs are picking up some interference but then I realize it is the neighbors feeder going off. So I go take a look at it has a sounder of pigs feeding under it. It was 5:45 pm. The pigs finish eating but do not come into my property and leave. I go back a day later to see what happens at 5:45pm. At about 5:30 pm the same sounder shows up and waits for the feeder to go off. I get about 10 yards from them watching, they just keep eating and then wonder off slowly in the field on the other side of the fence. I was thinking this feeder was drawing pigs from our property over to his, but what is happening is the same sounder is being fed everyday. I am going to go over throw some corn on my side of the fence to see if I can draw them over......at 5:45.....

Well... I *DID* just have to get a newer vehicle last month. A Ford F-150 SuperCrew (2014 with only 32K mi on her). I suppose in exchange for some rudimentary accomodations and some shots on a Wild Boar we could work sumpin' out!

I am in the process of setting up a feeder. I built a barbed wire enclosure, to keep grazing cattle out, under a stretch of power lines that is the only open space on the property. I used two of the power lines for support. I have to bring in all tools and supplies with my ATV so it is not easy. I have the enclosure done, I put a old hay feeder in the middle that will add some protection to the feeder from the hogs. Ordering feeder today. Getting a light weight Moultrie feeder. Since the hogs on the neighbors feeder show up just before it goes off, I plan on setting the time around 6:30 pm and that should get them out there in the light. I will let them get used to it for a couple of weeks before going after them. I don't want to shoot them at the feeder so I am going to try and get them on their way out..I set the game cam up and threw some corn in this weekend....

It's totally fun being able to engineer the shot opportunities like that with a "Hospitality Center". It's cool when you see the plan come together!

Ya know... I'm bettin' if you could engineer a lil shade over that area where the corn will be on the ground that'd really hold them there.
