New iPhone feature

I received an update from Apple and one of the features is this outlining of your photo’s.

I recently updated, however, do not see the feature to allow this..I have 13

Go to one of your pictures on your phone library or your messages or if you have a video you can use a frame. Just touch the main item on the picture. You will get popup screen allowing you to copy or share and the outlined item will have a light going around it to show what was outlined.
