This is my 1st nice camera for outdoor shots. So far the pictures have been fine. But, the problem lays in the downloading software. In order to e-mail or post any pictures, Kodak requires everything to go through their web site. It takes a 1/2 hour to download, and Kodak sends messages how to buy the pictures sent. Not to mention, I can't find a way to post any pictures here from the Kodak Album file. Can anyone tell me how to bypass the Kodak garbage so I can control where I want to send pictures? Thanks

I have the same camera. I haven't had any of the problems that you mention with the software. Are you trying to e-mail the pictures straight from the Kodak software or through your regular e-mail account?

I was trying to e-mail through Kodak because I had get a membership in order to download. But, I had a friend come by & show me how move the pictures to "MY DOCUMENTS", so I can send them regular e-mail. I spent an hour re-sizing all the pictures so I can post them here. Thanks.

My suggestion would be to create a folder in "my documents" for your pictures. Then you can create sub-folders with dates or any other way you want to organize them.

Also if you buy any photo-editing software, most of them have a built in organizer.
