I drew a NM 16A second rifle tag and my Dad drew a 16D second rifle tag. Both non-residents without an outfitter, never thought that would happen with the poor odds. Then to top it off my Dad drew AZ area 1,2B,2C early Bull muzzleloader as a resident with less than max points, he had 13 points.

What part of area 1 will your Dad hunt? Or will he? I will be doing antlerless archery in August.
