Anyone ever hunt this zone. I am going to apply this year as I have 4 friends that hunt their every fall with about 50% success rate between them on average. The plan is early Dec. They hunt some high country if there is no snow but it's harder to find them. If there are some storms they have very good success in the lower section they usually hunt.

Just checking as I'm going if I get the draw. Looks like pretty high odds though if I put in for cow tags.

I've never hunted in 6C, but my favorite stomping ground is 6A (Just SLIGHTLY lower chance of drawing though

).

A few members of my archery club hunt there and have stated it produces during bow season. With your buddies holding a 50% success rate, I'd be inclined to "tag along" next year!
