Hello all just wanted to say hi and tell you this site is awsome. I have learned so much reading all of your posts. I'm hoping to bag my first pig this year. Ever since I was chased by a piggy in Del Porto I have a grudge....hehe

You may also want to look into the Tejon pig-o-rama hunts. Lots of pigs there too.

I to hope to get my first hog this year. I just got a call tonight from a friend of mine who has a lease at Del Porto Canyon and he said the hogs are there. This time I hope to get one. I have tried to hog hunt in the past, but my health kept me from climbing and walking long distances. So I just never got one. Since last year and my health is 200% better. I have been trying harder to get my first one. Now I can't wait to climb and walk the hills if that what it takes to kill my hog. I wish all the luck on getting your first one. Welcome to JHO!

Thanks all for the warm welcome!!! My first hunt will be a guided archery only hunt. I plan on going next month and you can bet if I bag my fist hog there will be lots of pictures.
