Nice Skull found by a friend

I took one of my friends (he's not a hunter) over to some state land I found recently to show him this unusually huge rock that was out there. He took someone else out to see it today and found this buck skull. He doesn't hunt, but he picked it up so he could give it to me, I was somewhat surprised he touched it actually lol Somehow I just missed seeing this when I took him out there the other day, from the sharp bases it appears he died in velvet. I was pretty surprised this could be sitting so close to the road, he said it stuck out like a sore thumb.
