A buddy of mine drew a Cow tag for Hunter Liggett and was told he could not use lead ammo. Any suggestions for a good non-lead round?

Only one real choice right now... Barnes. The TSX are proven performers for most who've used them (some exceptions), and are available in most calibers and bullet weights.

The Barnes MRX are also available, but are designed more for longer range shooting.

Winchester/Nosler should be about ready to turn out their eTipt bullets, but it'll only be in 30-06.
