Hey guys and gals! The topic for this month's JHO Photo Contest is anything Halloween. Because of the nature of the topic, and to allow people to use photos from this year, you can submit up to three photos no later than 8:00 AM on Novermber 3, 2008. Voting will be held from that time until 8:00 AM on November 6, 2008.
