Off to SA June 1st!

I've been lurking on here and learned a lot! Your posts have helped me a lot.

Taking the plunge- I am taking my son to SA to hunt, fish and sight see for 18 days.

Were taking a .270, 7x64 and .325WSM.

Here's a over view of what we are planning--
5-7 Days hunting in Limpopo Province (The Bushveld) close to Botswana (hunting mecca of the RSA). The town : Lephalale. Kudu, impalas and wardhogs. One or two day’s fishing combined with wing shooting.


One days travel - South to Freestate region +- 8 hours driving sightseeing through Northern part of South Africa where Springbuck hunt will take place. All species are available . Rest of time spend in Freestate hunting Springbok. Cull hunts on Springbuck a possibility. Wing shooting water birds, doves, and other. Jackals will be on list. Rest of time relaxing, fishing and meeting locals, having a good time. You will see quite a big part of South Africa on your visit.
