What cow hunt would you recommend for a Junior with pops in tow? Struck out in AZ and don't mind a cow. Are those being offered worth the trip for non-resident? Are the junior tags $100? Thank you..

Jr. tags will run you $100, If your just looking to pop a cow, you might want to look into GMU 4 in the Black Mtn, Bears Ears Peaks & Sawtooth Mtn area's.
Also, GMU 441 ran 50% success last season which is really high for Elk.

You can apply for GMU's 25 & 26 online as well.
There will basically be leftover Cow tags everywhere if you mail in an application for a leftover tag
