Has anyone heard from old Chopper lately? I knew he went in for an operation, but haven't heard from him in a few weeks.

This is the first decent boar any of us took while hunting choppers. I killed this one three years ago...

Jody-

Nice photo - the guy that took it, must have really known what he was doing.

By the way, what is that "thing" in your right hand? Does that say Mathews?

Anybody got an idea on how i can do this...don't own a scanner.
A.S.

If you have the negatives any Ritz Camera can put them on CD for you. I've also seen the same service offered at some Rite-Aid/Sav-on stores.

Good Luck

Shay,

Chopper says if your wondering about him, you have his number...

Choppers hunters took a nice boar this last hunt. Unfortunately, Dolly took another cut in the process. Thats twice in one month. Two staples needed. She's doing fine. Sparky was in on the action also. As well as Trixy. You can see all three dogs in AS previous picture.

I watched that dog drag 130LB arrow hit hog over a hundred yards...I have a picture and video somewhere.
It's amazing to watch some of those little dogs in action, I'd love to see those pics.

My wife's a cat person, so by default so am I, but I'm working on him...

No, those darn water retrievals killed that dream long ago. Have you ever tried to baptise a cat?

Shay,
That thing in my right hand used to be the best bow made. Now, fortunately they are making a little better equiptment..

Bowrange,
That a pretty good idea with the retrieving cat. I'm working on my dog to find shed antlers.

Never tired to baptise one but I have tried to wash one by throwing it in the toilet, closing the lid and flushing.

Bowrange,
What's the story on that Dall Sheep? That is one of my many dream hunts. Keep up the good work...

Off to a 3-d shoot for the weekend.

Shay,

I beleive Chopper has the info you need for the other two hunters. He is out for a while. No internet at the ranch. It might be easier if you drop him a line and ask about the bio's. I can stop by to pick up a few picks and forward them to you. He should have the bio's for you.

What Day/Time are you California hunters showing up at
Chopper's? I believe we get there Wednesday evening and start hunting the following day.

I believe we land in San Jose at 5:30. We will have to pick up some grub in Hollister and be on the mountain by dark.
