Another Prosecutor filing charges that have no merit. He lessened the charges after he realized he didn't have a case, and then lost anyway. People that abuse their power are just sick.

I have not followed this as closely as I could have, but elk ranching is not very popular with hunters here, at least not with one's I know, or the public in general or so it seems. There is a movement to stop elk ranching which I tend to agree with. IMO it is not hunting to shoot animals in a pen, and diseases from domesticated elk are a real concern.
Idaho has a much different mind set than say So. Cal. where I am familiar with or most of the country from what I read, when comes to a fella sticking up for his rights or defending him self. You don't necessarily have to turn the other cheek as in some areas.
