panasonic FZ20

Well my wife finally gave me the ok to get a camara. I've been looking and keep comming back to the fz20. Is there any downfalls to this model that I should be aware of ? Are there any other models in the same price range/ catagory that I should look at. And those of you that own one, are you happy with it? Your opinions are greatly appreciated.

Richard, have you checked out the Sony H5? Some guy on one of the photography web-sites that I visit has been using one and, the images that the camera produces are just outstanding. I think it is in the same price range a the Panasonic, maybe a little less.

Leica lens in that Panasonic is nothing short of great....I like my Panasonic
