Yes, David is a good man and when I picture owning my own ranch, its his!  I saw pigs every day and he works very hard for you.  My wife and kids stayed in camp while I hunted and he was completely cool with that.  Its loaded with game and fair chase.  The only thing is, I went in June and would go in the spring next time.  Way too hot and in the spring the whole ranch is a beautiful green.  Yes, I'm very jelous of his piece of land.

Where is his ranch at and how much does he charge?

THe Ranch is in San Ardo.  For bowhunting its $300 plus a $200 trophy fee if you take a boar 2" or better.  I think its $100 - more for rifle.
