Phone calls to CA Fish and Game (Elk)

Just a reminder to people, if you call and leave a message please leave your phone number or ALL of your phone number. Just had a call where a guy left me 7 numbers starting with 707 and it was invalid. I assume it was probably area code 707. Seems every year I receive several phone calls with no number, incomplete numbers, or gargled numbers. The down side is these people think Fish and Game never called them back. Honestly I try and even guess at times to get numbers I could not understand. But please call back. So if there is a Rod out there with 707 who called me please call back and I will answer your question.
